How many wood therapy sessions do I need to reduce cellulite?
For a visible reduction of cellulite and reshaping of the silhouette, the usual protocol is an initial cycle of 8 to 12 sessions, with 2 to 3 sessions per week. Results start to show from the third or fourth session. Monthly maintenance sessions are recommended to keep the results.
What's the difference between pressotherapy and manual lymphatic drainage?
Pressotherapy uses a mechanical boot system with sequential air pressure to boost lymphatic circulation — ideal for tired legs and fluid retention. Manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder method) is a more precise hands-on technique that lets us work specific areas, and it's especially indicated for post-operative recovery or lymphoedema. They're often combined for stronger results.

Sculp Body is completely non-invasive and needs no recovery time. During the session you feel warmth and light pressure — no pain — and you can resume your normal activities straight away. A great option for body reshaping without surgery.
What is the Sauna Detox Wrap and how long does the session last?
The Sauna Detox Wrap triggers a deep sweat that helps eliminate toxins, boost metabolism and improve circulation. Each session lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. It works especially well combined with other body treatments such as wood therapy or cold body wraps to enhance the reducing and cleansing effect.
How long do the results of cold body wraps last?
With cold body wraps you can see results from the first session — measurable inch loss and a firming effect. For longer-lasting improvement we recommend a cycle of 8–10 sessions supported by healthy habits. The firming, shaping effect holds up best with regular maintenance sessions.
Can I combine several body treatments in the same visit?
