When a technology that was already giving us very good results takes a step forward, the first thing we do at Esencia Estética is train on it, try it on ourselves and, only then, offer it to our clients. That's exactly what has happened with HIFU 8D Campo Real: the evolution of classic HIFU, with eight action depths and a head designed for the body too, now available at our centre in Campo Real (Madrid) — just 25 minutes from central Madrid. Here's what changes and why we've brought in the HIFU 8D Sculptor in Campo Real.
From 7D to 8D: what actually changes?
HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) has been one of the most powerful non-surgical firming treatments for years. It concentrates ultrasound energy at a very specific point in the tissue, generates focused heat of around 65 °C and, through that controlled thermal lesion, prompts the body to manufacture new collagen. So far, the same as previous versions.
What changes in the 8D Sculptor is precision and versatility. We no longer work with a single facial cartridge: the device comes with several interchangeable cartridges covering eight different depths, which allows us to target very specific layers depending on the area and the needs of each client. And it enables the body mode as well, so we can treat the abdomen, arms, glutes or thighs with the same firming logic.
In one sentence: HIFU 7D already let us do a good facial lift; the 8D Sculptor lets us do a more tailored lift, in more areas and with much finer depth control.
The 8 depths, layer by layer
The HIFU 8D Sculptor acts at depths from 1.5 mm (superficial epidermis) to 13 mm (deep adipose layer, body mode). That range is what makes the difference: we can work on texture, dermis, facial SMAS and localised fat with the same device, simply by changing the cartridge and the parameters.
It's not a "one size fits all" approach. Before every session we map the treated area and decide which depths to target and at what intensity, depending on the age of the skin, existing laxity and the result we're aiming for.
The digital panel lets us select depth, number of lines and application mode (facial M1 to M4, or body-specific) for each area.
What results can we expect?
Here, as always, I'd rather be honest. HIFU 8D isn't a magic trick or a real-life filter. It's a treatment that works by biological stimulation, so its results unfold over time:
- Right at the end: immediate tightening effect from the controlled tissue inflammation. Skin looks firmer and brighter.
- At 3–4 weeks: real neocollagenesis kicks in. Firmness is now tangible.
- At 2–3 months: optimum result. A more defined contour, reduced double chin, more toned décolletage and arms in cases where we've worked the body.
- Duration: 12–18 months, extendable with occasional maintenance sessions.
How we apply it in the treatment room
Why we've invested in this technology
Trying the HIFU 8D Sculptor on ourselves before offering it to clients — a rule we stick to with every new technology.
In aesthetics, equipment ages quickly. What was cutting-edge five years ago is almost standard today, and what we offered in 2024 can be improved on considerably with what's available in 2026. We don't bring in a new machine because it's new, but because we've seen real value for the clients we already have in the room.
The HIFU 8D Sculptor meets the three conditions we set before changing equipment: clinical backing from the brand, measurable improvement over the previous version and, above all, that we feel the result on our own skin before offering it. That last one isn't marketing: we test it among ourselves first and, if something doesn't convince us, it doesn't make it onto the menu.
Who is HIFU 8D in Campo Real for?
HIFU 8D is ideal from around 30–35 years old, when the first laxity appears and we want to prevent it settling in. It also responds very well on mature skin, though in those cases we usually combine it with other treatments to maximise results. We welcome clients for HIFU 8D in Campo Real from across the south-east of Madrid — Arganda del Rey, Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Loeches, Villar del Olmo, Nuevo Baztán and Pozuelo del Rey.
If you've never had HIFU before, we recommend starting with a personalised consultation: we'll explain what results to expect in your specific case, which areas make most sense to invest in first and whether HIFU is really the right treatment for you — or whether it makes sense to combine it with Dermapen, mesotherapy, radiofrequency or exosomes.
My personal recommendation: HIFU 8D performs twice as well when paired with good at-home skincare. After your session we give you concrete guidelines so the new collagen settles well and lasts longer.
Contraindications: pregnancy and breastfeeding, metal implants in the area, pacemakers, active herpes, recent treatments with botulinum toxin or hyaluronic acid (wait 3–4 weeks), active autoimmune diseases and oncology under active treatment. If you have any doubts, message us before booking and we'll assess it together.
HIFU 8D Sculptor?
Tell us which area concerns you and we'll do a personalised consultation with no obligation. We'll be honest about whether HIFU 8D is your best option or whether another treatment suits you better. And if it is, we'll explain exactly how many sessions you'd need and what to expect.
